A ‘Tibetan Singing Bowl’ is an instrument that produces a rich, deep tone when struck with its accompanying wooden mallet. The sound is said to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Therefore, they are popular for use as a gong to signal the start or conclusion of a meditation session.
This unique singing bowl is handmade in Nepal and is of the highest quality. It comes with a wooden striker. Please note that ring cushions are not included but can be purchased separately.
